Create bee hotels, bird baths, ponds and leave wilder corners and surely fairies will find their way to your garden and feel at home.

Fairy Houses:

Of course, fairies will need places to live when they arrive. Help your children to create little fairy houses. Using natural materials in your garden in these craft projects will allow you to create some beautiful, organic looking objects that will add whimsy and charm to your garden.

Fairy Gardens:

Children may also enjoy creating little miniature gardens for the fairies to tend. Help your kids to find mosses, tiny stones and little, delicate flowers and make little gardens in plant pots or other containers. Everyone knows fairies like strawberries too – a few strawberry plants may form the perfect 'trees' for your fairy garden – though the fairies might not get to eat them all!

The babbling of a brook is said to sound just like the speech and laughter of fairy folk.
